Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Location

Items offered in this website are available for shipping to addresses in the UAE only.

 

2. Delivery Time

Expected delivery time is within 3 business days. Business days mean Saturday to Thursday. We do not ship on holidays or Fridays.

 

3. Shipping Costs

A fee of AED 30 is charged for all orders across the UAE.

4. Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging or to the item itself, please contact us immediately.

RETURNS / CANCELLATION POLICY

1) Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been shipped out. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error or if the product you receive is defective or damaged.

2) If you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact us immediately. Cancellations are accepted for orders that are still on process and have not been shipped out. Once the order has been shipped out, cancellation is no longer be accepted.

3) To request for return or cancellation, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or send an email to sales@aliyaperfumes.com and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Please remember to include the following information in your email: name, contact number, order number, and proof of wrong or damaged item for return (for returns).
